Fabiola Amazing Food Company was born in 2022 out of necessity and a mother’s love. When refugee entrepreneur Fabiola Nzoyikorera arrived at the Kalobeyei Reception Centre in Kenya, her daughters began showing signs of malnutrition due to limited food access.
Drawing on her deep knowledge of nutrition, she sourced local ingredients to mill her first 10 kilograms of restorative porridge flour. The transformation in her daughters’ health was rapid. Realizing that thousands of neighboring mothers were fighting the same battle, Fabiola expanded her home-based effort.
Today, what started as 20 kilograms of flour has evolved into a fully registered, women-led enterprise delivering rapid nutritional relief—within 12 hours in Kakuma and 48 hours across Nairobi.
Our vision is expanding. We are currently mobilizing to establish a modern model porridge flour processing facility in Kakuma. This facility will create at least 150 direct jobs—prioritizing young women—and introduce new product lines like soy milk and soy meat.
We cannot do this alone. We are actively seeking strategic partnerships with NGOs, humanitarian donors, government agencies, and private-sector organizations who share our commitment to eliminating poverty and malnutrition
