Fabiola Amazing Food Company was founded in 2022 by Fabiola Nzoyikorera, a refugee entrepreneur, nutrition advocate, and mother. Living in the Kalobeyei Reception Centre in Kenya, she started milling fortified porridge flour to save her own daughters from malnutrition. Her home-based initiative quickly grew into a fully registered, women-led enterprise dedicated to community health.
Our mission is twofold: to combat malnutrition by producing affordable, high-quality fortified foods, and to empower women, girls, and refugees by creating sustainable employment and entrepreneurship opportunities across the food value chain.
Amazing Family Porridge: A highly nutritious multi-grain blend of maize, sorghum, wheat, soybeans, finger millet, sesame seeds, rice, and peanuts. It provides comprehensive energy, protein, and immunity support for the whole family.
Amazing Special Porridge: A premium, plant-based blend specifically focused on soybeans and sesame seeds. It is exceptionally high in protein, calcium, and healthy fats, making it ideal for rapid body growth, brain function, and bone health in children, pregnant mothers, and older adults.
Our products are highly effective at combating malnutrition and undernutrition as part of a balanced diet. However, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any specific disease. Individuals with severe medical conditions (such as diabetes or hypertension) should always follow the advice of qualified healthcare professionals.
Yes. We specialize in B2B and institutional procurement. We supply bulk quantities of our fortified flour to NGOs, government agencies, and humanitarian organizations running school feeding programs, maternal clinics, and emergency relief operations.
Because we maintain a localized supply chain, we offer highly rapid fulfillment compared to international aid logistics:
Kakuma & Kalobeyei: Guaranteed delivery within 12 hours.
Nairobi & Other Major Towns: Delivery within 48 hours.
Our processing facility and administrative offices operate on the following schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Absolutely. Food safety is our highest priority. Our facility operates under strict hygiene protocols, and our products are processed in full compliance with the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) requirements. All ingredients are rigorously sorted, hygienically washed, precision-roasted, and finely milled before being sealed in safe packaging.
Because we supply consumable food items, we do not accept standard returns for a refund. However, if a product is damaged during transit, incorrect, or fails to meet our quality standards, we offer rapid replacements. Claims must be submitted with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility and circular economy practices, we run an initiative that allows community members to exchange collected plastic waste for our nutritious porridge flour. This program simultaneously cleans our local environment and combats food insecurity
We are unapologetically a women-led enterprise, and we explicitly prioritize the employment, training, and leadership of women, girls, and refugees to help them achieve economic independence. However, our model is highly inclusive. We partner extensively with local host-community farmers to source our ingredients and work alongside anyone dedicated to transforming our regional economy.
We are actively seeking strategic partnerships to scale our operations and reach our goal of creating 150 direct jobs. Organizations can collaborate with us through bulk procurement contracts, capacity-building grants, or by integrating our vocational training into their on-the-ground programming.
