Fabiola Amazing Food Company Ltd was founded in 2022 by Fabiola Nzoyikorera, a refugee entrepreneur, nutrition advocate, and mother. The vision for this company was not born in a corporate boardroom, but out of a deeply personal experience with malnutrition.
While living in the Kalobeyei Reception Centre in Turkana County, Kenya, Fabiola and her family faced the harsh realities shared by many newly arrived refugees: limited access to nutritious food. When her daughters began showing signs of malnutrition, Fabiola refused to accept it.
Drawing on her expertise in preparing fortified foods, she sourced local ingredients and milled her first 10 kilograms of highly nutritious porridge flour specifically for her children. The results were rapid and undeniable—her daughters’ health and vitality returned.

Recognizing that neighboring families were suffering from the same crisis, Fabiola began sharing her porridge. The community’s response was overwhelming. Families were amazed by the delicious taste and the noticeable improvements in their children’s health.
Starting with a humble 20 kilograms of flour, she transformed her home-based initiative into a fully registered business with a social mission. Today, Fabiola Amazing Food Company provides life-saving nutrition to vulnerable families, proving that a mother’s determination can transform the lives of thousands.

To establish a modern model porridge flour processing industry in Kakuma that will directly employ at least 150 people—prioritizing women and young women. We seek to improve nutrition, reduce poverty, and strengthen the economic participation of women across the entire food value chain.
