Job Creation as a Tool for Dignity We are unapologetically a women-led enterprise. Founded by a refugee mother, our company is deeply committed to providing dignified employment for those who are often left out of the formal economy.
Our strategic goal is ambitious but achievable: to establish a modern model porridge flour processing industry in Kakuma that directly employs at least 150 people. We prioritize the hiring of women and young women across our entire operation—from sourcing and milling to quality assurance and community distribution.
